Wellness Coach and Mentor, Master Renee Nolte
Will draw from over 25 years of training experience and 15 years of teaching to lead and motivate students. The intense training and personal coaching will help to increase your energy, build your confidence, develop your self-discipline, and improve your life!
This Boot Camp course is open to ALL and you DON’T have to be in great shape to participate. The only requirement is that you have a desire to improve your overall fitness level and a willingness to fall in love with the process!
Because commitment and accountability are key factors in the success of any fitness program, Master Nolte asks that all students planning to participate write a “Letter of Commitment.” This letter should include: your written commitment to finishing the ten weeks of training (with exception of any unforeseen circumstances); the mental, physical, and spiritual goals you would like to achieve through your training; and any schedule conflicts that you are aware of that may require you to miss class.
With your commitment and Master Renee’s leadership, you can expect to achieve great results. Sign up now and you can “create waves in all the right places” so that this summer your body will be ready for the beach!!
