All new students are encouraged to take this 30 minute introductory class prior to enrolling in Krav Maga, Executive Krav Maga, Karate International, Little Dragons, and MMA-Fight Programs. This mini session will provide knowledge of the class in regard to our School Policy, schedule, training aides, Staff, and curriculum. You will feel confident to attend a level one class after this Intro session. Intro sessions are booked by appointment only.

It is recognized as the most efficient self-defense system for real-life situations; emphasizing practical defenses against real attacks. Krav Maga is a very modern and practical style of self-defense. This system has been continually refined and developed in light of actual modern combat and self-defense experiences for adults.

Executive KM is a Program Ms. Renee designed to aide students knowledge in Israeli and ultimately unlimited Self Defense tactics. This Elite Self Defense class allows students to build up vast foundation of concepts, vision and application of inside, outside defenses, small circle theory, ground, and scenerios. The Executive Program also spends more time focusing on flexibility & wellness.
Karate International is a huge umbrella of Mixed Martial Arts that includes Sport Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Judu, Modern Arnis, Krav Maga, Jujitsu. Students progress at different levels learning Kata's (empty hand, musical, and weapon), sparring, self defense, one-steps, Martial Arts weapons, history, incentives, leadership, goal setting and sport competition. Students one day will earn the level of Black Belt and become a Black Belt Leader!
Sidekicks Martial Arts is a Black Belt School. To many people, Black Belt may be the immediate desire, however, becoming a "Black Belt" leader is the ultimate goal at Krav Maga Sidekicks Martial Arts.

Resistance bands, medicine ball, plyometrics, KettleBells, dumbbells, Karatelates, pull-ups, yoga, breathing exercises and so much more, this is cross training at it’s best!
This class is designed for Mixed Martial Arts Enthusiasts. Vision and applying the basic mechanics of fighting: movement, punches, kicks, combinations, and defenses/counters against attacks both standing, kneeling and ground. Judo (throws, rolls Falls), Jujitsu (ground), Boxing, Kickboxing (stand up fighting, sport and defense exposure). This and more backed with conditioning & putting all skills to work is what you can expect in MMA Fight Class.
This special class for little ones, ages 3 to 6 years old, helps them to learn discipline and respect for themselves and others. Little Dragons has a unique belt system and patches that are given as incentives, only if they are willing to do their very best. We want them to be "little" leaders now so they can grow into future Black Belt Leaders, not just in the karate school, but at home and school. Little Dragons follows the Karate & International Self Defense System from no belt to Red stripe Belt.
Being the daughter of a Former Police Chief and growing up in a household of Police Officers Ms. Renee has been surrounded by stories and visions of civilians becoming victims. Preventative and Pro-Active work her family and there Departments took has helped to aide in the safety and well-being of her communities, and she was able to experience the results of positive developments. Renee has always had a passion for the safety and protection of people and truly cares about you and your family. Renee has designed a Club that shares information, helpmates, experience and hands on training to help her community to be strong, happy and safe. The Amateur Organization of Karate (AOK) is one of the oldest and largest open tournament sanctioning bodies in Texas and the United States. Competitors in the AOK are also highly regarded nationally and internationally. The Amateur Organization of Karate is the largest and oldest martial arts tournament sanctioning organizations in the United States. It was founded in 1977 when a group of tournament producers joined together in an effort to organize this fast growing sport and also establish standards and rules. Prior to 1977, tournament rules allowed many techniques that increased the potential for injury. A much safer set of regulations and tournament guidelines has since been incorporated, and are refined annually. The AOK has since become a major force in governing Texas karate tournaments. It has helped to ensure that competitors and spectators alike, have top quality, well run events, so the sport of karate can be safe and fun for students of all ages.
AOK competition is divided into four regions throughout the state. Competitors compete not only for trophies but points that will ultimately qualify them for the annual state championships. Many Black Belts aggressively compete for the AOK’s highest annual award, the Golden Greek Award. This award is named in honor of the late, great Demetrius "Golden Greek" Havanas, one of the greatest fighters to ever live and compete in and out of Texas. This highly respected honor is bestowed to the man, woman, junior female, junior male, and executive Black Belts with the most combined forms and sparring points.
